Women in MS can still choose of their own free will and their physicians will be more qualified to practice in the state and follow up should the surviving patient of the abortion require hospitalization. How is raising the bar on the quality of medical care delivery a bad thing? Don't like it, go to another state to end the innocent life growing in the womb. Find the shoddiest doctor without hospital priviledges available if that is what you think the "choice" should be.
That would be the only "choice" if abortion was illegal....and it might not even be a doctor.

Someone who spouts off about the "sanctity" of life but doesn't want a penny of their taxes going to feed poor kids. Someone who places more importance on a clump of cells than they do on living breathing humans. Someone who is ignorant enough to believe that human nature can be changed (mocking their "god")
