I would like to announce that whogo's lefty corp has donated $50 in support of gay marriage. Lefties please buy stuff from that corporation.

I would like to announce that whogo's righty corp has donated $50 in opposition of gay marriage. Righties please buy stuff from that corporation.

I think the problem with boycotts is there is no longer a such thing as bad press.

Amazon's Bezos gives $2.5M to gay marriage fight
Intentionally misleading thread title. Please correct for accuracy sake.

from the OP's link:
Quote:
Bezos and his wife, MacKenzie, are contributing ....
What an individual or couple does as far as political donations is quite different than the corporation making a donation. I would think the OP would know the difference.

Clue: co-mingling of private/corporate money is illegal.

He's a wise man. It is the civil rights fight of our time. People willlook back years from now and wonder why it was ever such a big deal.

There is no arguing about this. No matter what you say or put out there some posters will insist "they NEVER..." and "they DON'T...". If it was the air they breathed that was in question they would try to convince us they had gills and breathed under water. Trust me, I've seen it here countless times.

According to the people who support Chick Fil A, this is a great thing, because it's a free country and all of that.
