It's a 1%'er store, you know, only people like Obama can only afford to shop there.

Can I pee on the wall of Nordstroms and get away with it? Claim I'm occupying it and the like. An occupy boycott. Maybe I'll start a website and see if anybody will donate some money to me. lol

So you are sure that those of us who are against gay marriage will react just as you supporters did with Chick-Fil-A? What happens if nothing happens? Will you be crying?

I was thinking just that but did realize I had heard of the store that really does sell to the 1% because of price and so forth.

Nordstrom isn't a "1%er" dept store. Price point is probably on par with Lord & Taylor. Above Macy's but below Saks on 5th/Neiman Marcus/Barney's.

there is no such thing as marriage equality...some one will always be on top...some one will always get the short end of the stick

the only way to make marriage equal..is to outlaw it

No, it's not. It is a common shopping mall anchor store -- more upscale than Sears or JC Penney, certainly, but it's still just a mall store.

They could do the Wedding Registry thing to support Obama in addition to the Yard Sale.

For the most part, it's been silent aside from a few far right-wing nutters because we really don't care that much. Compare this to the Chick-Fil-A controversy where people lost their minds based on the political and religious beliefs of it's owners (not even the official company's position as it is with Nordstroms).
Guess you don't remember JC Penney or Target. Demanding a company fire their spokesperson because of their orientation is also losing your mind. Right Wingers go off the deep end too you know.
