Maybe they do, it is a mind altering drug with short term effects. Maybe willard smokes the stuff, that might explain some of the selective memory lapses he suffers from, claims he doesn't remember chopping off some other kid's hair while attending school.
My family is solidly Democrat and Christian and are staunchly against recreational marijuana use. It's completely idiotic to suggest that Republicans are the only ones against using marijuana, but I understand that willful partisan ignorance is the name of the game here on C/D.

what a quesion? that is like saying do any Democrats believe in pro life? Of course some Republicans smoke pot. BTW I seriously doubt William Buckley was one of them...
I know a lot of Republicans that have smoked it or certainly tried it when they were young, including my own kids and grandkids (all staunch conservatives) I know a lot of Democrats that have never used pot...The use of pot isn't confined to one party or another.
