Whatever case you are thinking about is not good law in the US anymore if it even existed in the first place. Planned Parenthood v. Casey struck down a husband notification statute which is way less restrictive then what you are talking about.

That doesn't make it fair either.

How not? Women can opt out by getting an abortion. Men can opt out by giving up all parental rights and responsibilities. Heck, if you want, they'll be required to opt out prior to the kid being born.

But this is exactly my point - there is no way to make things equal. You cannot get pregnant. There can be no "equal rights" in a situation where equal rights are not possible.

The only foolproof way to avoid any of this is to not have sex.

Okay, here's a proposal since an agreement of 50/50 cannot be agreed upon. If one person wants an abortion, then an abortion it is.

Guy's can't get pregnant, but they can opt out of being a father just like women can opt out of being a mother via abortion. You're trying to make it seem like it's not equal when it really is.

Btw, if guys stop having sex, that'll render 90% of females completely useless. Do you want the majority of your fellow women to be deemed useless by men?

Darn...gotta spread the love but completely agree!

AND...if they do have sex for whatever reason (married couple, vasectomy failed) it's still HER right to decide what happens to her body.

No. Because its not a 50/50 burden. The woman bears the greater burden of pregnancy so she also has the greater interest in the pregnancy and is the decider. It is like where you have a company where one person owns 55% of the voting shares and another owns 45% of the voting shares. The first person has the greater interest so they get to make the decisions.
