Nazi Germany, "unfortunately for those who would like to link Hitler and the National Socialists with gun control, the entire premise for such an effort is false. German firearms legislation under Hitler, far from banning private ownership, actually facilitated the keeping and bearing of arms by German citizens by eliminating or ameliorating restrictive laws which had been enacted by the government preceding his: a left-center government which had contained a number of Jews. Hitler's government may be criticized for leaving certain restrictions and licensing requirements in the law, but the National Socialists had no intention of preventing law-abiding Germans from keeping or bearing arms. Again, the firearms law enacted by Hitler's government enhanced the rights of Germans to keep and bear arms; no new restrictions were added, and many pre-existing restrictions were relaxed or eliminated." I also think historical context and religious tensions has to be considered in this case, but, I digress...

Don't know enough about USSR during Stalin era, but link me and I'll review.
Yeah China is such a great place. Let's imitate China, where it's the government killing people (or putting them in prison camps).

The Nazis limited firearm ownership to Nazi supporters. Jews and those who could pose a threat to the Nazis were not allowed guns. Moreover, the most effective guns for fighting against the Nazis were not allowed generally (i.e., machineguns).

It somehow doesn't surprise me that a supporter of gun restrictions is lavishing praise on totalitarian regimes.

If someone is hell bent on killing, they will find a way to do it, with a gun, a bomb, or whatever.
If Adam Lanza didn't have access to his mother's guns, those 20 kids and 6 adults who he murdered would still be alive today. I know that for sure.

Anyone who advocates for gun control is really thinking about loading people onto boxcars.

Distrust anyone and everyone who utters the slightest support for gun control.

No, you don't. What you know is that he wouldn't have used those guns to commit the murders. That doesn't mean he wouldn't have killed them with a bomb or by driving a vehicle into the building, or even by stealing someone else's guns.

False equivalence. Why not compare the US to other first world countries? Why do we have the highest murder rate in the developed world? Canada and the UK have strict gun control laws. Our murder rate is at least 10 times Canada's and 5 times the UK's. Why is that?

He and his mother were at fault. Not the constitution, not the NRA.

Now, I advise you all to have the same type of approach when it comes to my RIGHT to keep and bear arms.

You don't like guns?

DON'T GET ONE!
Why don't you come back here and please remind me the next time a gay marriage or an abortion shows up at a school and murders twenty innocent kids and six teachers.

Where does it stop?
Let me help you out here. The 2nd says Fire arms, which are guns one man can hold in either one hand or both hands.... That is the traditional understanding of a fire arm....

Not Nukes, not tanks, not air craft carriers, not bombers or fighter planes, not submarines, not artillery and etc etc etc ad nauseum you gun grabbers always whine about.

You have no clue as to what a real assault weapon is, much less any clue what a real American is...

i used to own 3 AK-47 clone and now i only own 2 because i sold one to a guy I know in a face to face deal no background check what so ever.

And that IS legal and it's just too bad.

I will help with what the difference between a real assault weapon and a semi auto loader made from parts that look like a real assault weapon, and in terms any anti can understand.

The main difference is $10,000 to 15,000 bucks, plus what the weapon would cost if it were made in semi auto only.

The Why I own AK-47 style clones is directly due to Joe Biden and Bill Clinton who both created a ban. At the time I wasn't really into this sort of a weapon, as i was hard into single shot flint locks, not that you could tell one of those from a machine gun.

But right after 9-11 a woman came on the news who must have allowed Bill into her pants a time or two, and she said something like..............

911 would never have happened if Americans were not allowed to buy guns.....

Yup that did it! I took my wife by the hand and at 4:45 pm raced to the local mom and pop gun store looking for some evil and mean....

And there there were AK-47's made in Romania and I bought 2.And by 5:15 we were both out back shooting in the gravel pit!

Why 2? Well, I shoot lefty and my wife shoots righty and there are some technical disadvantages for whom ever the sights are not set up for that way. And by 5:15 we were both out back shooting in the gravel pit! beside she might need to save my life someday from one of you rabid anti's.

Right now i am saving up for a AR-10 in I hope .308, which is far more accurate than the AK and it can really reach out there to send a very special message.

You can run along now and play with finger paints. Be very careful with any scissors too BTW

Look, I know your whole shtick: "You all should know that I'm a big shot killing machine who doesn't give a **** about anything because I was once in the Marines." Ok, we get it. You only make it abundantly clear in Every. Single. Post.

We really need to move beyond that and recognize that this nation has a problem. We're the only first-world nation that has these otherwise unheard-of levels of violence. If you're not willing to be part of the solution, then others will do the job.
I wasn't at that school. They would be shocked (including you) what would have happened if I was.

Instead of banning guns like a good little libotard coward....I would have shot that SOB down.

I don't make excuses....I KILL THEM!
