State Senator Brian Birdwell of Grandbury has filed a bill that would allow students to carry concealed weapons on public university campuses. A similar bill was close to passing in 2011 until it was blocked in the Senate.
If one mentally unstable person with a gun can do damage like in Sandy hook, wait until a handful of intelligent, trained and determined well armed shooters/ gun owners take some unsuspecting crowd by surprise. Its only a matter of time.
How much more of this has to happen before some see the light?

Love those libs....... they totally ignore the shootings that happen every day in every city in America...... because those are minorities shooting each other and the guns are illegal. Now, all of a sudden in the last few months there is a problem? Wow, just wow

If the teachers were armed or they had armed security guards, the shooter could have been stopped. This is a prime example.
I hear ya but I don't know how that can be proved to work in every case.
