Meese said that IF Obama tried to override the 2nd Amendment with an Executive Order that that would be an impeachable offense.

Obama has not done that, is NOT doing that, and it's beyond the pale to even think he would. Obama is a well educated person and absolutely KNOWS BETTER. Just because some members of the public are stupid does not mean that the President is stupid.
