Anyone believing that $23 dollar an hour jobs are all over the place even with some form of advanced training is a damn fool. That's simply not the case.
Here in Arizona, that wage is SKY HIGH even for well trained techs. Nurses, the 4 year type, make on average about $25 an hour here, and I know a few that barely make $20. Most licensed plumbers in my county make $15-$18 per hour.
And you present another wonderful example of how Liberal Truth is an oxymoron.

Nobody said people who make less than $20/hour are losers.

let's see start as a porter...work your way up to burgerflipper...work your way to cashier...then maybe to head cashier...then assist manager...then manager...then mayby take your managerial experience to a different job, with better money

There is absolutely NO REASON why the average worker in the United States cannot live off of these wages.
In fact, with these wages, and when personal responsibility is factored into the equation, there's absolutely no reason for single-parent families, children born out of wedlock, Medicaid, WIC, Welfare, or Food Stamps.
The AVERAGE worker makes $49,462 per year and yet we have liberals belly-aching over minimum wage and people barely able to make ends meet???? Who's fault is that?!
