once again steve:

"Therefore, parents may not renounce the citizenship of their minor children. Similarly, parents/legal guardians may not renounce the citizenship of individuals who are mentally incompetent. Minors seeking to renounce their U.S. citizenship must demonstrate to a consular officer that they are acting voluntarily and that they fully understand the implications/consequences attendant to the renunciation of U.S. citizenship."

Don't be stupid. Do you have any idea what mail service was like between Hawaii and Indonesia in 1967?

US law says bull****. A six year old cannot relinquish his/her citizenship no matter what anybody tells them.

Default California Judge Does The Unthinkable: Reinstates Obama Eligibility Lawsuit To Find Out Who The Hell He Actually Is.

The Nancy Pelosi Law is that the only way to find out who the hell he really is, is to elect him.

How else can you know what's in a bill without first passing it into law?

It's just common sense.

No country would allow an impostor to remain in office, except for the exceptionalism that makes America "special".

If the U.S. doesn't have a real president, it's not a real country.

This gives a lot more legal weight to sign it over to the United Nations.

Who will do the signing? The act itself!

Nobody needs no stinking signatures.

It's, like, Rule of Fiat Law.

It is in the end, Fiatism.

And, Obama is a Fiatzi!

The challenges to President Obama's eligibility cannot be heard because the courts do not have subject matter jurisdiction for lack of a party with standing to sue. The current appeal the California court is on the issue of the lower court's order awarding sanctions against attorney Orly Taitz, not President Obama's eligibility.

Lawyers and judges are officers of the Government.

The president is an officer of the Government.

Like, they're all buds, dude!

Every U.S. citizen has "standing" against fraud upon The Office.

No. There is no citizenship standing. See Hollander v. McCain, 566 F.Supp.2d 63 (2008).

Fraud is a criminal act. Standing is a civil requirement.

One has exactly nothing to do with the other.
