And who's fault is it? Its hers. And sadly, there are plenty of people like her out there. Far too many.

Yes. She was feeling no pain. Though she seemed to sober up when she realized the judge was sending her to the pokey for 30 days.

She shouldn't be in front of the judge in the first place. If she wants to ruin her body with Xanax (I think this is what she was on), the government shouldn't participate in the madness by robbing her of her freedom.

For the judge then to raise the bail but lock her up for 30 days, for 'flicking' him off shows what a power hungry idiot he is. These kind of judges should be in jail.

Good! Too bad he didn't give her 60 days, and 50K bond on the possession charge.

Hope her parents give her the dignity of facing the consequences of her choices.

She made the choice to do what she did, and now she is paying for it. I dont care what her state was. She put herself in that state and deserves every day of that 30 day sentence. Maybe itll make her think twice and clean up her act.

Its thinking like yours that is hurting this society. To see this video and read the story, and you blame everyone but the girl. No wonder we continue to go down the tubes.

She is free to abuse her body on the Xanax. The government made a choice to rob her of her freedom. And you support the government in robbing her of her freedom. I one day hope the government arbitrarily robs you of your freedom. To even say what you do gets me angry.
