A felon who doesn't like the cops? Well holy sheeeet. Now I've seen it all!
It isn't just the cops. It is the whole suck ass stinking filty system. If had killed lawyers, I would have had even more of a favorable opinion of the man. Once you have dealt with "the system" and seen the way that it works, you will have the same view. If you are poor and commit even a minor offense without violence or even a victim, the system ruins your life, Or tries to anyway. But if you have money, you can do ANY crime you want and not have to worry about where you will be sleeping tonight. The system will bend over backwards for you.
Oh, are we going to be obnoxiously pedantic and compare speeding with robbery?
The point is the term criminal has no significant moral meaning. Specific actions do, but those morals exist whether the laws exist. Let's stop using laws to frame our morality.
Actually, Clyde preferred to rob gas stations and small stores.
They also murdered several civilians in addition to 9 police officers.
Tsk, tsk...
They only killed civilians that got in their way or tried to be stupid and capture them. People that work on behalf of the banks deserved what they got.

It doesn't ruin your life - it's just, those people are too stupid to fix their lives, which is why they're there in the first place.
I see it all the time, prop 36, PC1203.4, hell, take a vacay at CRC! - the courts go a long way to giving people the chance to reform - but they don't, they come back - oh, but of course, they find a way to blame the system for their own actions.

Ah, so I take it that was your prior occupation?..
Oh, and once again you're wrong. They murdered more than evil villainous bank employees.
