So, you want us to take what you say at face value. That would be the enlightened thing to do. Yet, when we believe news reports or the government we're sheep.

Sorry, HUGE double standard there. Give us some evidence, then we'll talk.

If enough people stand up against the police, the police will back down. They ran like the yellow bellies they are when the Rodney King rebellion got going. They can beat and spit on one handcuffed unarmed person but they cannot take on everybody.

If you actually had Black friends then you would know that the VAST MAJORITY of Black Americans are not "worshipping" Dorner.

Stop the race baiting!

On Twitter, many African-Americans are describing Dorner as a black icon, saying his actions should be cemented in Black History Month folklore. Others express sympathy for the lives Dorner took, but believe he is the victim of a racist police department in Los Angeles. Some feel he will become a martyr if he is to die fighting police.
"God speed, Chris Dorner. It's about time someone did something about crooked cops," one user wrote.
"Christopher Jordan Dorner...another black man set up by the man," another chimed.
On Facebook, praise for Dorner's violent actions has been less scattered, instead organized around the belief that Dorner is a man of integrity driven to commit justifiable violence by the Los Angeles Police Department's mistreatment of him
What a bunch of bunk!

I can totally get behind civil disobedience. Killing innocent people? Makes you not one bit better than those you are against and, in some ways, makes you much worse.

They didn't run, they were ordered to stand down because the upper brass thought their presence would only make the situation worse - instead it allowed it to erupt, but luckily the Koreans were around to shoot some of them (but not enough).

Anyway, stand up to what? LAPD has 10,000 officers to police a city of 3,500,000. Anyone who thinks we live in an oppressive police state is delusional.

We're just luckily that the trash tends to be highly concentrated and a bit nervous about leaving their comfort zone. To paraphrase, we're over there, so they aren't over here.

The people I see worshipping Dorner all seem to be anti-government nutjobs like on this forum.

The people he killed were killed for a reason. If he was a cold blooded killer, he would have killed everybody he came in contact with. The couple he tied up in the cabin. Would have been easier and taken much less time to kill them. The guy with the truck, he told him "I don't want to hurt you, I am just clearing my name". All of them walked away unharmed.
