Clinton rode the dot.com bubble through his presidency and left office just before it burst, got his d*ck sucked in the oval office, repealed the depression era law widely regarded as the law that could have prevented the housing crisis, and he ramped up the community reinvestment act.
I would hardly qualify that as great.
Ronald Reagan exploded the national debt, ignored the AIDS crisis, traded arms for the Iran hostages, got us into unnecessary wars, actively engaged in racial politics and was extremely hostile to minority concerns. He's the one that insisted that "debts don't matter". Now, we are paying the piper for all of the mischief that the clown did in those 8 years followed by more of the same with Bush 41.
I'm sure that there's even more wickedness from him, but I'm too tired to write about now.
