I don't trust much of what I see on FB, but after doing some searching, I haven't seen anything to indicate that this is not true. Obama empathizes much more with drugged out celebs than with American servicemen and women, or others who have died in service to this country.

There is all kinds of evidence that the Fort Hood attack was an attack on American soil but because Obama wants Americans to think Al Quaeda is on its heals and running (yea sure Obama) the Obama administration refuses to classify the Ft. Hood shooting as a "terrorist act, " the victims and heroes are unable to collect the additional benefits (including purple hearts) that they would had it not been classified "workplace violence."
How about Dr Afridi who helped verify the location of Osama bin Laden? Because he helped the U.S. verify that Osama bin Laden was hiding in Pakistan he was arrested.
Dr Afridi tried to escape after the raid but without having received any help from us for himself or his family, he is now rotting in jail. Dr Afridi recently made a plea because the torture is so bad he fears death.
Obama used the killing of bin Laden over and over again during the campaign, supported unprecedented access to top secret information and now Hollywood is making money on it yet Obama and his administration paid Dr. Afridi back by doing essentially nothing for him. We have not lifted a finger in getting Dr. Shakil Afridi released from a Pakistani dungeon.
I'll bet if it were a Hollywood actor or actress they would use our tax dollar to bribe their release. This president in ga ga land when it comes to Hollywood.

I think half mast is on a ship and half staff is a flagpole.
Anyway, they shouldn't be flown for celebs at half anything.
