The judge in the Kermit Gosnell murder trial admitted today he made an error when dropping one of the charges against the abortion practitioner.
Common pleas court Judge Jeffrey Minehart admitted he “erred” when dropping the murder charge for Baby C, who was killed in an abortion-infanticide when he was a victim of an attempted abortion but was born alive and tossed in a shoe box, with Gosnell staffers confirming they saw him breathing for 20 minutes.
Later today, members of Congress will speak on the U.S. House of Representatives floor to expose the Kermit Gosnell abortion trial. We commend our representatives for taking a stand to expose the truth of abortion.
Abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell will not testify in his murder trial and his defense attorney decided to not call a single witness on his behalf to defend him from the murder and other charges he faces.
Reporter Joseph Slobodzian, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, who has doggedly reported from the Gosnell murder trial since day one, says the defense case on Gosnell’s behalf has concluded today — after five weeks of prosecutors calling on former Gosnell staffers to make jaw-dropping testimony about the horrors they were involved in and witnessed at Gosnell’s “House of Horrors” abortion clinic.
“Planned Parenthood last week admitted to knowing about the horrors going on inside Kermit Gosnell’s squalid Philadelphia clinic, but chose not to exercise its position as the leader in the abortion industry to put an end to the butchering of women and children. No matter the reason for his backing out, it is certainly a good time to distance oneself from Planned Parenthood. Now is also a good time for President Obama to reconsider his position of forcing taxpayers to fork over more than $542 million each year to this abortion-centered, profit-driven business. Planned Parenthood is America’s largest abortion provider which in a single year ended the lives of more than 333,000 children,” SBA’s Marjorie Dannenfelser said.
Other Active Criminal Charges
Gosnell faces a massive amount of other charges related to his corrupt abortion organization, including several violations of the Controlled Substances act for sloppy or improper drug handling and administration by unqualified employees. He also faces numerous Conspiracy and Solicitation charges related to the murder of newborns and illegal distribution of drugs. Gosnell faces a whopping 310 counts of violating Informed Consent laws, 33 counts of abortion at more than 24 weeks, and 10 counts of Theft by Deception, and three counts of Corruption of a Minor. He is also facing charges of running a Corrupt Organization and Racketeering.
"To my mind no end is in sight for such stories—not until my fellow Americans come to realize that human beings exist from the point of their creation and that their lives are not debatable, they are not fungible, nor are they disposable.
Abortion has dulled our appreciation for the human being. Abortion has facilitated our denial that selfless love is more important than self gratification. The result is apathy, and that is what the Gosnell trial is about—apathy that dismisses humanity for the sake of convenience."

Father Frank Pavone, the director of Priests for Life, has asked officials in the Kermit Gosnell murder trial case if he can have the bodies of the babies after the all of the court proceedings are finished. He wants a proper burial of the remains of 45 babies killed by the abortion practitioner and his abortion clinic staff.
