See here's the problem..... There isn't just biological proof, but proof comes from many different disciplines.
For you to say there was no macro evolution implies that the Earth has never had any extinction events, the continents don't drift, the world isn't billions of years old, etc.....
Essentially your whole argument depends on a very young, never changing Earth.
