The reason that this man is unjustly facing three years in prison is because of liberals and their meddlesome laws.

There is zero reason why any firearm should be "licensed".

This man should be hailed as a model citizen.

Actually, he should just be allowed to peacefully move on with his life.

Instead, liberals want to charge him with a felony because he didn't fill out a piece of paper.

Utter madness.

yes, those were the days.
You must have met blacks, not blanks, or perhaps you made a Freudian slip.

Allow me to remind you - Republicans are responsible for the elimination of institutionalized segregation and for providing voting equality.

If Democrats had had their way, we would still be back in the bad, dark days of separate but equal and 3/5 of a person, not to mention slavery.

The Second Amendment has been in effect for years.

Ignorance of the constitution is no excuse for passing an unconsitutional law.

Instead of the pejorative "Liberal", they need a new word. "Rational" comes to mind.
Rational describes conservatives.

I won't say what word describes liberals, because it would probally cause me to incur an infraction from the ever diligent mods.

How many conservatives propose ever expanding anti gun laws? How many conservatives try and pass gun bans? How many conservatives propose and pass laws that prevent people from protecting themselves?

You may not like it, but when you sleep with the hogs you end up smelling like a pig.

The politicians and prosecutors and police who engage in this type of criminal conduct (all swear an oath to defend that constitution), should be tried for violating their oaths of office, removed from their positions, and spend a bit of time behind bars themselves.

And if the clueless public would just get a clue, they'd stop defending criminal behavior of our government officials and demand that they obey the law too.
You can't use this word - according to liberals, it is a racial code word, similar to golf.

Who is doing this guy's security? ACME Loss Prevention?

Not the first time someone broke in? Used an unregistered gun left by his bodyguard?

No wonder dudes keep breaking into his house. What an easy target.

That refers to the militia, and according to the California state constitution I am a member of the militia.

California Constitution~Defines Militia

Regulated means to "maintain" or to "make something effective".

Read the wording - "a well regulated Militia, neccesary to the security of a free state, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed".

The only thing that provides a well regulated militia is the people's right to keep and bear arms - for the purpose of keeping their state free of tyranny.
