If DOMA is struck down...
If the court rules the fed has no business denying benefits to people in states that recognize gay marriage or unions...
If gay marriage is legalized...
If marital benefits are extended equally to all...
If marital benefits are removed...

What will you do? My life won't actually change, but there seems to be so much "crazy" opposition that I'm wondering what will you do.

Will you move to a different state? Different country? Campaign against gay marriage even more? Home-school your kids? Become Amish?

Do tell...

I'll get up and do what I do every other day, except I'll be happy for my gay friends and neighbors.

My life won't change. I try to live my own life and others should do the same with their own.

I'm sure I'll be tired of reading new threads about gay marriage if DOMA is struck down.

Find out what Obombya's been doing to us while everybody's attention was diverted by this stupid issue.
oops misread that. If DOMA is struck down? Grieve the loss of a nation under God.

Since gay couples will be getting all these benefits from the feds, the government will have less money for other things.

Expect less teachers, firefighters and policemen. Crumbling infrastructure. Long lines at airports. White house tours shut down. It will be a disaster and lives are at risk.

That's what liberals always say at the suggesstion of any type of tax break. Except when it's a tax break for gay folks.

Nothing you can do. I have my take on this issue but its not one that id be so strong against that itd be worth fighting for any longer. While I think its important, we have a helluva lot more important things that are worth fighting for and against.

I'll be heading up to the baxendale compound that is in a secret location. Don't ask me where it is. I've got plenty of dry goods, ammo and VHS tapes of the 1950's shows like leave it to beaver.

Laugh at the further destruction of America...I am expecting the SC to jam homosexuality down the throats of all Americans not a lot we can do. Won't make me accept their kind anymore than I do now. The government just needs to get the hell out of marriage and stop trying to dictate who can marry who.

I will be happy for gay people....

I will be sad, I meet a great guy and had a huge crush on him but recently found out he is gay so he will be married and out of the market foreva.

not that he was "in the market" anyway.
