Nothing would stop any of the former U.S. Presidents, Republican or Democrat, from attending on their own. Or leaders of the U.S. Congress, or the U.S. Supreme Court. I note that not one will attend ... if published reports accurately disclose the plans for the event.

Margaret Thatcher was a polarizing figure in the UK ... and remains so today ... and she was not someone the current President had a head of state, or other, relationship with.

How dare you make any sense!!!!

Huh? From what I'm reading there are alot of Brits that did not care for her. I don't understand your logic. Why should a president whose policies that are directly opposite of someone who was in office and was pushed out before he was even in politics make an effort to attend her funeral? If anything someone who shared her beliefs or had a personal relationship with her should go on their own dime.

It sure looks like that on many occasions especially when he bypasses congress when they're supposed to be involved and does things on his own via executive order.

Why even have a congress then, correct?
Because they are about as useful as a busted condom in a room full virgins with chasity belts

Why do you need to hide behind others under the heading of 'exclusivity'? Just because those that may be on the right agree with you does not address my point about 'indies'. At least the righties do not claim to be 'indies'.

Your lefty posts in this thread as you claim to be 'indie'.........

This illustrates the difference between conservatives and liberals. Conservatives do not hate their rivals and they would show their respect properly.
