No, our military does not have the right to refuse an order if they think it is unConstitutional. There was a soldier that went on his facebook page saying he would do refuse such orders. He got a heap of hurt over that and many on this forum thought he was wrong to say such a thing.

I am only replying to your question about who do we think serves. I will tell you that there are plenty of people that serve that would follow any command at all, no matter what. Just think and remember about the Nazis and the German Army. They followed their leaders also.
