Americas present children will not live as long as their parents, because of food related issues.
The things we eat can give us heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and just overall shorten our lives.
And on the other side of the coin, certain foods can stop us from getting cancer and heart disease.
Like smokers in certain Asian countries not getting cancer like Americans do (scientists say its from green tea and other things.)
Instead of bashing this conversation on how to help our children live longer, why not join it ??
