If a person robs a bank because he believes the bank if miss using the peoples money, would that person be considered a hero or a bank robber? I would say a bank robber & the last I heard robbing a bank was a crime and criminals are generally prosecuted when caught.
If Snowden were a hero and believed what he was doing was for the benefit of the nation, he would turn himself in and plead his case before the court. He's not only a traitor but he's also a coward.

If a person takes someone's else's money and gives it to someone else because they believe the person they took it from doesn't deserve it are they a hero or a robber?
Thanks to the information that Mr. Edward Snowden released the US Supreme Court will finally be forced to decide on the constitutionality of the NSA’s actions. Before - we were caught in circular logic that precluded a Supreme Court ruling because no one could prove that top secret surveillance programs like PRISM even existed.
