Racism exists because black Americans are discriminated against on the basis of race in a fairly systematic manner in America. Look at any statistics and huge racial differences are there in every category. These differences aren't the result of random luck.

Bullhockey! Blacks have the same opportunities to succeed or fail as everyone else. If they find themselves falling behind for reasons other than the fact that there aren't as many of them, they need to look within and fix their personal issues instead of sitting around whining and crying. Acceptance of responsibility is a requirement, which seems to be a hard pill for some to swallow.
Secondly, have you ever liked a song with that word in it? Applauded a comedienne who used the word? Paid money for a movie that has that word in it, and enjoyed the movie?
