Not at all. What people are saying is that TM had every opportunity to go into the house but didn't, chose to go back and confront Zimmerman. THAT is what people are saying. DeeDee said TM was at the back of the house where he was staying then she heard "wind" and said he was running, THEN the confrontation occurred. So to be clear, TM was home but decided to run back and confront Zimmerman.

And for those of you who are hoping this will be a big financial windfall for Zimmerman if he walks, I hope Trayvon's parents file a civil lawsuit and get every dime of it.
I have seen a lot of speculation that the state only brought the case to trial to quell racial tensions and they really have no intention of winning. They are simply putting the burden onto a jury so they can say they tried.
It sure looks that way, doesn't it!
One must wonder if the state will be responsible for all financial damages and criminal charges if lives are lost when the whiny blacks inevitably riot.
#1 I didn't say the trial was over. I said the Defense was winning - as in at the present moment. Then I listed reasons for that opinion.

And he is obese. Damn why are so many cops so far out of shape. I think after he testifies he should have to run the 100 yard dash against this 50.5 year old man who also has had ACL replacement .
Regardless of the outcome of the trial and the verdict, the fact remains that if Zimmerman did what common sense and rules of neighborhood watch dictates, there would not be a dead teen and a murder trial at the present time. Zimmerman morally, will always own stopping the heart of another human being as he could have totally and easily avoided this tragedy.
