Too bad, so sad.
He was rightfully afraid Zimmerman would break into Brandy's house and kill everyone inside.

Defense is winning.

Defense proved Zimmerman was on the bottom - had they not, it was game over for him.

Defense made the prosecution witnesses look silly at best or even turned them into supporting the defense.

Prosecution may have overreached with 2nd degree murder...manslaughter would have been much easier to prove.

It comes down to, did Zimmerman have a legitimate fear for his safety enough to use lethal force. Martin had bruised knuckles, was on top, Zimmerman has injuries....not sure there is enough there to say he did or didn't = likely acquittal.

204
- 158

= > 10 pounds

Maybe he didn't feel that he had a choice, other than to defend himself. If you thought someone was going to kill you, would you fight for your life? I understand believing GZ (somewhat), but I still find your lack of compassion disgusting. You have made some very hateful comments throughout this thing, all the while overlooking George Zimmerman's lies and past history. He should have stayed in the car.

I think tm did what any good citizen would do when he went from the house back to the T. He was trying to find the rapist's location before calling 911. I already considered tm a heroic figure for not going back into the house, saving his little brother from danger. He compounded the heroism by trying to stop a rapist from ravaging the women and men of a neighborhood he didn't even live in.

Funny how the Z supporters felt he had every right to follow a teenager, but now that they *think* Trayvon may have followed Z, he's a "bad ass" and got what he deserved.

New witness. A police officer who seems to be wearing a bullet proof vest under his uniform. Either that or he is on serious steroids.

#1 I didn't say the trial was over. I said the Defense was winning - as in at the present moment. Then I listed reasons for that opinion.

#2 How dare you call me a racist. Give me specific examples of me being a racist - or you in fact sir are a racist for falsely accusing me of being a racist, simply because I think the defense has done a better job thus far.
