Love it. Everybody always blames the owners. Those damn evil pit bull owners who fed em and watered em and bed em down. They are EVIL I say.

Not one of these stories about a pit bill killing somebody goes by often that you don't see the owners or the neighbors or the folks who know the dog say "Well he was the nicest dog in the world never would hurt anybody". The dogs are a menace. Nature is what is at play. Don't mess with nature. That is what is going on. You want a pet tiger guess what, might be the nicest tiger in the world and you may think it would never hurt anybody but outta the blue..........BAM. Yep that tiger just killed a little kid and the owners would say................

NO!

My mother in laws weeney dog mauled my daughter in the face when she was 2.
I had a pitbull at the time, my mother in law kept saying was going to maul my daughter and we had to get rid of it. Oh the irony!

My daughter could ride, pull, hit tug, and anything she wanted to, to Kona. He would just lick her face. They were buds.

I'm not comparing anything. I'm simply saying that owning a pitbull should require a licence. Just like you have to do when you buy a gun. Samething. I'm not comparing, i'm simply suggesting that pitbulls require a license to own.

There's no harm in that.

Your gun can't go attack someone on their own. Bad comparison.

I can make any dog mean and I can make any dog everyones friend, if I get them as a puppy.

My female Lab, is more aggressive and protective than my pitbull, ever was.

You can't "ban" a living thing and there are mixed breeds and whatnot so you can't always tell. I'm ok with landlords and housing managers banning them and removing them from private homes if they get out and cause trouble. And I think I'd have a problem with anyone who purposely went out and got one as a pet. I had a fight about it with a friend of mine once because I knew she was trying to be "cool and badass" when she kept talking about getting one.

It appears you are just rolling the dice hoping that "trouble" doesn't come your way like many of the other excusers. You can put up a fence and be the best "owner" in the world and a pit snaps and they go kill. That is what they do. No justifying it will make them think different. May make the owners of said dogs feel as if they are some saintly folks who take care of their dogs and treat em all nice and raise em all special. All it means is they will be the next ones in the paper saying "Well my dog would never hurt a fly". Gimme a break folks. If you want to raise these things take em out to the desert or to some third world country. Of course raising liberals should be done the same way. lol

really? so you think ceasar milan is stupid? a man who came here from mexico as a youth, and turned a dog walking job into a $100 million enterprise? a man who can tame the wildest of dogs, and teach the owners to do the same thing? yeah he is really stupid as he has several pit bulls, including his trusty sidekick junior.

that is the norm for pit bulls. the ones that get in the news have been mistreated, or the owners are not doing their jobs as pack leaders and keeping their dogs under proper control.

kuchief, ceasar milan has a pack of pit bulls that will change any ones mind about pits. they are balanced and always under control.
