Nope, it only points to Zimmerman being beaten. It could just as easily have been a scenario where Zimmerman grabbed Martin in an attempt to restrain him from leaving and Trayvon reacting from this initial contact.

Eyewitnesses have conflicting testimony, showing either man on top which is entirely possible if they were rolling around.
