I thought it said no diagnostic abnormality. It briefly mentioned some patchy yellow discoleration but made no diagnosis about it.

No, the only account of what Trayvon was doing not come only from Zimmerman.

We have the young future step-brother's account, that he asked Trayvon to get him some Skittles at the store.

Part of his actions that night are visible on store videotape and the corner store he went to. Are you going to say that was speculation too?

And Rachel Jeantel testified as to what he was doing, and most of her testimony matched the phone records timeline, and Zimmerman's version of things.

Why does only Zimmerman's account, a known liar and killer count for you?

It became a problem with the prosecution putting o a campaign of a normal good kid. Its also why they hid evidence on his camera in the form of photos. You don't prosecute murder of a mob figure saying he was once a choirboy and leaving it at that.
