in the OJ case, the evidence was badly mishandled from the beginning. the defense team jumped all over it and ran the prosecution into the ground. as for the gloves, there is a reason they didnt fit, and that was that OJ was wearing a second pair of gloves to prevent contaminating the evidence, a point the prosecution failed to point out to the jury, and the defense wasnt going to say anything about it.

OJ was guilty as hell and the evidence proved it! That jury was a group of idiots. Our justice system depends on the IQs of randomly selected citizens.
