From CNN:

Family wants answers after Florida teen's Taser death - CNN.com

His father said he wanted to move to a county that "defended human rights". I guess he should have done his homework before moving here. Don't worry though, the police department that tazed him to death is performing an investigation.

He was an artist

He had a passion for his art work. Vandalizing property.

AGAIN we dont know why he died.

He could have died from a heart problem brought on by his running away from the police.

I'll wait and reserve judgement.

I didn't see anywhere in the article where they laughed about it. What I read was that they saw he was in duress and took him to the hospital. It's unfortunate that he died. He was vandalizing public property, ran and told to stop but he didn't. In your opinion, what should the cops have done in this case.

Lets see, he was vandalizing private property and ran when police tried to stop him. Yep it has to be the fault of the police.

From the article:

"They're all congratulating each other and all that," Souza said. "They were all clapping over his body and like giving high fives and laughing."

And since when is a vacant Mcdonalds public property?

condolences to the family.

sometimes you can have a hidden condition and a taser may provoke it ( arrhythmia).

The boy should have known better.

very, very stupid death.

Miami police is brutal, but so far it is difficult to blame them

Thanks, don't know how I missed it. But this is the lookout saying that so obviously they knew they were doing something wrong. So I'm hesitant to believe anything this guy says. And I guess you are saying that's it's private property....even worse.

Tasers should not be considered "nonlethal weapons".

The cops should be in jail, tried, and sentenced to prison.
