Vandalism is illegal. Regardless of the words that were written, it was illegal and the vandals should be caught and prosecuted.
Vandalism is just that, spray painting and such, now setting a persons car on fire goes a little beyond that, instead of being scared he shoud grow some and stand up for himself, buy a gun, set up some cameras and stop being a victim, it's probably just some punks anyway. Running away never solves the problem, either stand up or hide.
Live in fear? Buy a gun and learn how to use it. Get a dog and an alarm system. Just like the rest of us.
This way if anyone tries anything, they'll be on tape, missing a hunk of flesh, and/or you'll have a dead redneck in your living room.
Either way, you're safe and sound.
