I'll never fully get behind SURGERY on a healthy body to fix what's happening in the brain. We really should be working towards accepting what is rather than trying to "fix" something. OK, so lets say you are a man brain in a woman's body or visa verse, wouldn't the more intelligent thing be to find a way to live happily that way instead of subjecting yourself to body modification, which isn't going to actually modify anything?

Face lifts?
Breast augmentation?
Liposuction?
