College transcripts would not show if he was a foreign student. And what makes you hallucinate that he would have gotten a free-rode had he claimed to be born in Kenya?
He is the only president in all of US history that has ever actually proved that he was born here.
I meant his application-please explain to me how he received a free ride as a transfer student when he was not a stellar student? But again, he has never released his transcripts..wonder why?
Calm down...like I said in my post-IF he wasn't born here-
Clearly not true, as the USCIS restores either one status or the other:
Again, under what circumstance(s) is one a native-born citizen butnot a natural-born citizen?
Actually, the USCIC restores citizenship, period.
As for your second question, which has been answered EVERY TIME you've posed the question, the answer is NONE. A native-born citizen is always a natural-born citizen. The reverse is what is untrue. Which is why the state department included the "or". Because a natural-born citizen isn't always a native-born citizen. Hence, John McCain. You can repeat your post over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.....but you have no rebuttal to the fact that John McCain was not native-born, and yet was natural-born.

Not according to them:
Answer the question. Under what circumstance(s) is one a native-born citizen butnot a natural-born citizen?
Yes, according to them. It is your inference that is doubtful.
I did answer the question. Is English not your first language? NONE means NONE.
