I don't support gay marriage, and I disagree with the gay lifestyle....It's not about tolerance. It's about pushing an agenda onto other people, gaining power, and attempting to silence anyone who disagrees with you.
Here's a damning expose on the gay agenda infiltrating small town America:
2) Therefore the baker doesn't have to make wedding cakes for gays or lesbians.
As hammerhead said, there is no logical connection between your two points.

3) To force the baker to make gay/lesbian weddings cake is to force him to support an illegal ceremony and an act that he has the right to vote for or against next year when Measure 36 is on the ballot.
Wrong. There is a difference between "illegal" and "not legally recognized". I'd suggest you learn that difference.
Gay people? DINK? Any business is CRAZY to offend them! They usually have high incomes, higher levels of education, no children, and they throw lavish, over the top parties.

I believe in the free market. Beyond implementing health and safety regulations, the market should be free to decide what's acceptable or not.
We have overwhelming evidence that the free market can't be trusted with this sort of thing.
Regardless, you are entitled to your opinion. At the same time, we decided many decades ago that we would in fact regulate a business's ability to discriminate. You can feel that is wrong or unjust, but it is the law and it's not going to change now.

Firstly, I'd like you to provide the "overwhelming evidence", since there has never been anything like a free market in the modern world.
Secondly, your arrogance is staggering. Who are you to decree that something is the law and it will never change?
Would you eat a cake prepared by a bakery that didn’t want to do business with you but you managed to bully them into compliance?
That was asked before, but no one seems to want to answer it. I sure wouldn't want to force someone to make me a food item.
