Wow, you actually get it.

Harm and murder, theft and robbery, have always been countered, by the other party involved.
You are always free to commit those crimes against humanity. Just remember you better be strong enough to counter the consequences. Some are, but the vast majority are not.

Apparently, they will be operating the bakery out of their home.

Does anyone know if the same anti-discrimination laws apply to someone working out of their home?
Would you have different opinions if they refused to make a NeoNazi wedding cake?

Why should there be laws to compel someone to do something for someone if they don't want to?

You would poop your pants if you lived in a lawless country.

There was that bakery that refused to do the birthday cake for Adolf Hitler..remember ?
The parents went to Walmart who had no qualms about it and did it for them.

Sure it hit the news but the parents just went someplace else.
And then Walmart got the heat for it.

This is funny. There is no lawsuit. The couple reported the business for breaking a law, they are not taking the bakers to court. The bakery has not even been fined yet, as the investigation is still ongoing. They are closing their storefront because business is down. Business is down because of the bakers actions.
The free market at work.

It is free market until the Cons disagree with the reaction, then it is tyranny. If business had gone up, every Con in here would of been waving the free market rather than blaming the free market for this business's own failure.

I didn't see neo-nazis covered under the state law.
Then again it would depend on the cake. Do they want a giant swastika on the cake? That could be considered offensive material. If the neo-nazi couple just wanted a normal cake with flowers, or decorative piping, then I would have a problem with it, even though there is no law against it.

This couple was turned down before even getting to the discussion of design. They didn't get past the order form line with the names of the couple.

It isn't like the couple asked for a big vagina cake, there are other bakeries that specialize in that.

Yes there is a lawsuit. They just recently filed a suit.
