Most "good deeds" done by anyone especially by cops... aren't publicized or sensationalized in the media.

I can name several incidents first hand where the cops have helped me, and others that I know out in great ways...and it didn't make headlines.
However, it seems like the slightest mishap by an individual cop appears to be the talk of the town for years.
I mean the reality is, over 95% of cops brought in for CCRB complaints in NYC have been either exonerated or completely unsubstantiated. the other 5% or less are the headline grabbers...and most of them end up fired and/or imprisoned for their actions.
Current agenda is that police can do squat without being accused of... Racism.
Posts and attitudes like yours make sure nothing will ever change because they pretend it is the police who is the problem and not the criminals who just happen to very often belong to so called minorities. Police is not a problem. Go do this job, you're going to get disillusioned about human kind very fast.
There's a lot of racism on the force. That's not just me making an accusation, many other officers on the force have said the same thing.
Nothing! If blacks want to live in the big city urban sprawls, where all the crime, drugs and gangs are, then don't look surprised when they get caught up in it.
What does that have to do with black people who have nothing to do with the crime??
Why should my friend be stopped every week on his way to work? Why can't I have due process before being assaulted? Why does a black man in Florida have to be detained 250+ times before someone speaks up?
Here's some positive things that 2 Police chiefs are doing to stop racial profiling and to improve Police/community relations. There are still "good cops" out there. Those who respect the rights of others and understand their role in society.

Yes that is racial profiling if they are stopped. And it is WRONG
What are they gonna be stopped for if no traffic violation is broken? Where is the probable cause?
