Whatever, I don't care. What I know is that many of my friends need healthcare but haven't been able to get it without going into debt. One in particular has Lupas which has been passed on to her children. They also have numerous other ailments including Scleroderma. Look that up, it's deadly. Another friend has MS. They have been unable to get insurance and therefore can't get the medication they need. And you want numbers????
The launch has been a failure, no one can deny that. And Obama and a bunch of people in his administration deserve the blame. There should be a good amount of people fired over this. Were this in Obama's first term, he may not have gotten a second.
But it has nothing to do with whether it is fundamentally a good idea or not to negotiate with people using the threat of economic harm as leverage. Not a good policy to give in to such tactics.
It also has nothing to do with whether or not the status quo that we had in healthcare before needed fixing - it did. Obamacare is far from the perfect solution, but something along those lines inevitably has to be done.

Are they signed up now? So your saying you know 3 out of the 40 million who absolutely had to have healthcare so badly that if we didn't give it to em everybody else in the nation will be fined?
