Tell me how one gets out of poverty without enough to eat, no money for transport and education, and no access to education. A wish and a prayer?
They have enough to eat.....they get free bus passes or subsidized transportation......and they have access to education, and it is paid for by the taxpayers.
Getting out of "poverty" in America only requires the desire to do so.

No, my answer would be to keep the children here, but give their parents a $10 bill, a bag lunch, and a parachute and kick their dope-smoking-beer-swilling-lotto-playing-goat-smelling-asses out the back of a C-130 over Somalia or Afghanistan.

No, because every study ever conducted says Head Start is useless.
Let's be real......Head Start is nothing more than daycare for the baby-momma-makers.
What every study has ever shown, is that by the time a Head Start graduate reaches the 4th or 5th Grade, nothing happens and it is as if the child never went to Head Start.
When you can show me a study that says Head Starters are graduating at the tops of their high school classes and scoring 2100+ on the SAT...
....let us all know.
Hell, I'd be happy if they could score at least 1800 on the SAT.
No, dammit, I'll lower the bar even more....I'd be happy if Head Starters actually finished high school.

I ran your soliloquy through Google Translate, and this is what it spit out....
Another difference IMO tends to be how phony the Liberals have truly become. Gone is the time where the Liberals tried to follow their teachings one of them being charity. Today it's nothing more than talk all while doing the exact opposite of what they should be doing, while at the same time bankrupting their country.

Which policies are being utilized to address this?
Cutting Head Start?
Cutting Food Stamp benefits?
Cutting education and keeping college costs high?
Not raising the minimum wage?
Refusing to raise taxes on the wealthy?
Making abortion/birth control less accessible?
Continuing corporate welfare including the military industrial complex?
Not passing a Jobs Bill?
Really, which policies are focused on remedying this embarrassing and shameful statistic?
Why is when Obama ended Tx cut he wasn't raising taxes, but now that temporary increases on food stamps are being restored it is a cut?
The real problem isn't the alleged cuts. The real issue is people having kids they can't afford. I am 100% sure kids as early as 4th grade know where babies come from and how they are made. How do you combat stupid?
How are they considered being a child in 'poverty' but still have a 50" HDTV, an Xbox and $150 sneakers?
Right?
Some of these fools should be ashamed to even *think* they are impoverished .
