Nope. Not true at all. Plenty of people of all the religions you just mentioned are not opposed to homosexuality.
.
People in various religions denominations do not follow the tenets of their own religion. I know Moslems that drink alcohol saying simply that they are not very good Moslems. Christian denominations have compromised with the world and accepted homosexuality even though God's Word clearly and emphaticaly forbids it. People fail. God's law is eternal.
Because there are many of us that do know that God exists and try to obey God's law. We know that same sex marriage is wrong, and we have a voice in our government and it's laws.
You know God exists? Really? Just like we all knew the Earth was flat 500 years ago. And we all knew the Earth was the center of the Universe?

The laws are decided by the government. Laws are made by the congress, approved by the president, and determined constitutional by the supreme court.
Governance dates back thousands of years to early tribal leaders. Our government is largely based of of the government of the Roman's, who were the first powerful democracy.
Murder is wrong because statistically, societies with less violence operate better. It's also just largely accepted that it's not anyone's right to end the life of another.
Theft is wrong because our country is based on capitalism, which essentially boils down to achieving personal wealth. Taking from someone's personal wealth without consent (theft) would contradict that highly important value.
Science does not teach or accept predetermined destinies. No one is born a murderer.
Legislatures (and to a degree executives and courts)

I'm not quite sure how to answer this - it's weird. What do you mean by "science says that murderer's are born"? Science says that everybody is born.
Destiny? Huh? I would hope that the destiny of a murderer would be imprisonment for his crime. I would hope nobody got in the way of that destiny lest he likewise harm others.
But I get what you're driving at with your post - there is not morality or right/wrong without God. I find that to be a silly and absurd argument.
It may sound absurd, but history shows man is incapable of morality sans God's guidance.
Every nation has belief, every nation has misused, abused, and adulterated that belief, to their own demise.
How is that sad? It used to be morally acceptable to force segregation. It used to be morally acceptable to treat women as lesser than men. It used to be morally acceptable to punish rape victims as well as rapists.

Actually, that last one about rape came from the Bible. In the Old Testament, the rape law involved this:
1) If the victim is a virgin, the rapist must pay the father of the victim and marry the woman (or really a girl, as marrying age was very young at the time).
or
2) If the victim is married (not a virgin), both the rapist and victim must be executed (often by stoning I believe).
Biblical rules. The word of God.
