Sure they did ..... that's why they are spending even more Millions to try a "fix" it and why they keep moving the goal posts for "numbers", keep issuing more waivers, keep issuing more delays and issued a blanket notice to all insurance companies NOT to send any more cancellation notices, just re-up the poor souls and collect the money at sometime in the future. Ignore all deadlines, ignore the 'rules', ignore the Law itself.
