If young people are not buying in bob, where is the government getting their money to buy us health care?
Speaking of that, you need to work more hours ... I need a raise.

There is no debt being piled on, there were several new taxes added to pay for the program. On the other hand Medicare will cost taxpayers about $230 billion out of next years budget. The 2.9% payroll tax only pays about 50% of Medicare. The ACA is means tested meaning people over the 400% fpl pay the full pop. Your not a leech as some people seem to think when you are paying for all of your insurance.

Wrong. Obamaliescare was dependent on healthy people signing up to pay exorbitant amounts of money for health insurance to pay for the deadbeats subsidies. It ain't happenin, slick. So now what? Sure there are new taxes which drives up the policy price but that isn't going to pay for all of it. Not by a long shot.

The charts there show that 21% are paying the full amount. It was never going to be more than 30%. The insurance companies raised the rates enough that there will be no rate increases next year. We are already two weeks into the new year, where is the big crush on emergency rooms and hospitals? You do know the deductibles are high and discourage people from running down to the doctor or hospital?

Correct. But most of the liberals don't care because they don't pay much in tax. One of their most endearing character traits is the generosity they have with other people's money.

The program as designed requires there to be a bigger mix of people that don't need subsidies and a bigger mix of the healthy. Those people are not signining on in the number necessary so far, so it's a big problem for the system.
