On the run doesn't mean they can't preform any attacks.

That line about an attack was a throwaway line in a speech. Oblama is lucky his speechwriters threw it in there, because it is the one thin straw his sycophants can hold on to as they continue to repeat Obama's propaganda.
“No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.”
— Obama, Rose Garden, Sept. 12
“We want to send a message all around the world — anybody who would do us harm: No act of terror will dim the light of the values that we proudly shine on the rest of the world, and no act of violence will shake the resolve of the United States of America.”
— Obama, campaign event in Las Vegas, Sept. 13
“I want people around the world to hear me: To all those who would do us harm, no act of terror will go unpunished. It will not dim the light of the values that we proudly present to the rest of the world. No act of violence shakes the resolve of the United States of America.”
— Obama, campaign event in Golden, Colo., Sept. 13

So you are trying to tell me Obama didn't call this a terrorist act right after the event? But then again, I am just going off what Obama actually said and not off of right wing "logic."

Absolutely he did not.

Your quotes do not say "The attack in Benghazi was sponsored by terrorist organizations". Nor anything of the kind. You seem to forget that he's 'covering his butt', because he knows and you know, and I know, and everyone else knows he sent out his minions to lie their butts off for purely partisan political purpose.

Obama (and you) knew and know that everything said in the immediate aftermath was purely a fabricated cover story to put off any relevant impact till after the election.

No, he lied, plain and simple. And so did EVERYONE, including collusion with the CIA to create a cover story about a video - and everyone knew it was false.

Act of terror = terrorist attack. If someone says to you that something is an act of terror, that is typically because someone is preforming a terrorist act.

You guys really need to make up your mind what it is that you are upset about and stick to it. But we all know this is about a scandal that doesn't exist, but your right wing media machine manages to keep it alive cause you guys keep tuning in.

Even Bush called 9/11 an act of terror the day after. I am pretty sure everyone knew he meant it was a terrorist attack.

Does this mean there wasn't a neighborhood group out in the streets peacefully demonstrating about a video? Hey, what difference does it make.

"This"?

Where does he say "this"?

He doesn't say "this act of terror".

He says "no act of terror".

The reason he does that is because he doesn't want to say "this act of terror" because he's still pushing the bull *** youtube fairy tale and hoping to run out the clock on the 2012 election.

The part about the admin's failure to bring the attackers to justice is a tad curios.
Does this committee think we should spend more trillions chasing bad guys?

Cindy? Is that you?

How would anyone have all the information on day one or week one. This report comes out 2 years after the incident with thousands of housrs of testimony and intelligence seeking and information.

You want this or any other President to have all the answers on Day one? That is just illogical, and simplistic thinking.
