Well, this is a rarity - an elected Democrat telling the truth. She must be approaching retirement. Good for Senator Feinstein.
I'm shocked too, a member of the Democratic Party establishment actually putting the truth before politics . This must be her pet peeve, she has been consistent on this issue. It's a real puzzler, that's for sure.

Hardly a "hawkish moderate". According to National Journal in 2012, Feinstein was 15th most liberal member of the Senate, with a score of 80% and tied with Chuck Schumer of NY.

Off topics, but to prove your point extremely wrong, she is for gun confiscation (in her own words) yet she is concealed weapon carry person....even admittedly carried where she was not supposed to...you know, against the law...
