Nice to hear you were there. What else did you discover?

The only reason you see her guilty is because you see her as a pretty white girl and guilt or innocence has no bearing on the facts.
Tour prejudiced is usually huge, this time it's astronomical.. You really showed your hand on this one...

Her own confession putting herself at the scene
The false accusation against her employer
The subsequent changes in her account as she was arrested
The mixed blood spots
The footprint
Her table lamp locked in the murder room
The different accounts of the locked door
Both cell phones turned off
The DNA evidence implicating her and her boyfriend
The staging of the murder scene..False break in..Moved body..Covering body
Her dubious account of her activity the morning after the murder
The witness who saw her and her boyfriend overlooking the cottage on the murder night
The shopkeeper who saw her when she claimed to be in her bed sleeping
The 3am call to her mother which she denied making
Her overall behaviour after the murder

So what about Rudy Guede, who was convicted in 2008 of Meredith Kercher's sexual assault and murder and is currently serving 30 years? DNA evidence implicated him. How can two separate parties be charged for the same murder?

Amanda Knox's worst crime was being socially awkward.

DNA played a big part in her conviction. Since she lived and partied there, it stands to reason that her DNA would be at the scene. As for changing stories, by whose account was her story changed? Remember, there was a language barrier and an interrogation that included physical and mental abuse for hours. Then there's the drug dealer as a possible suspect.

What you think?
I don't know who dug up the so called experts, but they are wrong. It doesn't matter what I think. Double jeopardy trumps , she's not going anywhere.

The US will never involuntarily or voluntarily send a US citizen out of the US for prosecution. That's tantamount to deporting a US citizen.

Never happen.
Has happened.

Look it took until page 3 for certain types to break out the race card with absolutely zero evidence or credibility to back it up. As always it's clear who the real racists are.

She was also found not guilty that's why she was allowed to leave the country. She'd be insane to go back and the US should never allow extradition in this case. Of course since Obama wants to pander to the EU he might push for it.

I hope they do
Calipoppy, RaymondChandlerLives and Charolastra said it all already
btw if Amanda's and Sollecito lawyers think there may be new evidence and some "field" to risk a third trial they are allowed to go on
but if also the third trial will show the same verdict...
well it will be definitely over for them.
