this is the same thing as dunn except this guy who killed the girl is black, and he's facing first degree murder.

In this case, the kids were actually up to some mischief while in the Dunn case they were doing nothing to him. No matter, peeps with guns gotta learn to match the reaction to the circumstances.

Sounds like the guy felt "threatened", given it was the second time in the same evening kids pelted his car with eggs, mayo and leaves.

My friends and I engaged in the same kind of stupid pranks at that age. Glad we never got killed. We used to play our music loud too.

In this instance a camera would have been a sufficient weapon... But you never know if the sidearm my have to come out of the holster.

A term of a decade or two in one of our so-called Correctional Institutions would be a good start in their learning that the reaction should fit the crime!!!
