What makes you think that this couple does not identify with the 'Tea Party'? What does the 'Tea Party' have to do with their costs going up? Obama promised that families would save as much as $2500/year. That was a lie. It is costing more for everybody.

Oh, so now you say she is a "Tea Party Operative!" How do you know that? I thought you said they should have a "real Tea Partier in there?" Make up your mind.

Why do you discredit this woman and her family and call her a liar? Why are you lying?

Are you an OFA operative? Got your checks from the DNC for posting this propaganda?
Oh yeah she is a Tea Party operative. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it must be a duck. She does an interview with Fox News, she does and interview with the John Birch Society magazine the New American and on top of it she is a precinct delegate for Rand Paul in the Western Michigan GOP. Matter of fact she is a perfect Tea Partier...most likely the ACA getting a $6,000 subsidy and her kids are probably on Medicaid no doubt for another 4-5k. In other words on the dole complaining about Obamacare...A perfect Tea Partier. On top of the handout she was forced to take from Obama she is getting paid by the Tea Party outfit Americans For Prosperity. Heres the latest link showing she is a Tea Partier.

The Washington Post gives Shannon Wendt two Pinocchio's for lying about her health care. Too bad you cant give these Tea Partiers something else for being big hypocrites. The Washington Post didnt have enough information on what she paid last year and what she is paying this year.

Big claims, few details in anti-Obamacare ad alleging soaring costs

I read where she said that her goal was to be as dishonest as Obama but her spokesperson said that unfortunately there wasn't enough hours in a day.

Default Obamacare Success Stories...Its working just like Medicare, Tricare, and VA

This is from CNN Money a capusle of five people who are on the ACA. This is another government program like Medicare, Tricare, and VA all of which have wide support from Republicans. Now the ACA joins those programs that Republicans and the Tea Party support. Heres the stories of five people.

Medicare, also Single payer for Cancer patients, is the ONLY way they get treatment unless they are part of research study/charity oncology program.

NO one has Insurance (pre-obamacare) that would pay for the exorbitant costs. Medication alone can be over 2-3k per month. Your "private" Insurance Co. could have just dropped you as a patient.

Depending on the provider, the drug, and the patient's insurance coverage, $10K might even buy you just one chemo infusion. Or half of one. And chemotherapy typically requires a lot more than one infusion.

If newly developed tools for cancer diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up continue to be more expensive, medical expenditures for cancer could reach as high as $207 billion, said the researchers from the National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the NIH.

The projections were based on the most recent data available on cancer incidence, survival, and costs of care. In 2010, medical costs associated with cancer were projected to reach $124.6 billion, with the highest costs associated with breast cancer ($16.5 billion), followed by colorectal cancer ($14 billion), lymphoma ($12 billion), lung cancer ($12 billion) and prostate cancer ($12 billion).
  • For many, insurance is inextricably linked with employment. And employment in America is anything but secure.

the costs are astronomical. And the system we had was unsustainable.

Borrokid, you are not going to convince people especially when their premiums and deductibles almost doubled. Give it up already.

Obamacare has reached the nadir of its popularity. Only 26% now say they support the law while only 19% support the individual mandate.

Rahm Emanuel, former Obama chief-of-staff is backing away from any responsibility for the biggest domestic policy disaster in the history of the Democratic Party.

Joining a long line of Democrats distancing themselves from Obamacare, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel hinted that he didn't support the President's original plans
