Obamacare has 13 exemptions on the books. A 14th exemption was decreed from on high in December which pretty much allows anyone who doesn't have insurance to be exempt from the penalty.
They just have to check a box saying they had a hardship in obtaining insurance and no proof is required.

And that last waiver that the Obama administration wrote up in December is valid through 2016.

And they did all this after shutting the government down rather than approve a budget which delayed Obamacare. They called Republicans economic terrorists and anarchists for wanting to change the settled law. They called Republicans fearmongers for warning that people would end up losing their insurance over Obamacare. And now they are instituting the delays that the Republicans wanted and instituting the waivers allowing people to keep their insurance that Republicans wanted. The hypocrisy of liberals over Obamacare is nothing short of stunning. They call Republicans terrible for wanting to do X today, then turn around and do X themselves tomorrow and say it's for the good of the country without ever missing a beat.

They did it "quietly" and the MSM was glad to oblige and not put it all over the airwaves.

You know, if you keep dodging the question, you're going to run head-first into BaghdadFloridaBob --- who himself is running around in circles like crazy trying to dodge the issue -- and you'll hurt yourselves.

Not buying it...

And on the hardship form which is further down the page:

"Please submit documentation if possible"

Now how is the IRS going to "enforce" that one ?

Neither is Harrier buying Obamacare.

Harrier is a proud outlaw.

Civil disobedience has a strong tradition in the republic and is useful for overturning unconstitutional actions of Congress.

Only low IQ people could confuse enrolling with paying.

Kinda like window shopping doesn't constitute buying.

That's your 'outlaw civil disobedience' ? Since 10's of millions of people aren't buying insurance, you're not exactly Billy The Kid or Gandhi.

How about sending a letter to the IRS telling them you're not buying insurance and not paying the penalty tax ?
