Which is it: can they sign up and get healthcare or are they treated at hospitals without insurance? It can't be both. In fact, the law cut Medicaid charity-care reimbursements to pay for uninsured.

Obama only promised the illegals they weren't going to have to PAY for their own health care, I'm sure most will be getting in on the Medicaid expansion side of obamacare.
