The parents are working until 5 or 6 pm. Are you saying that they should not work and homeschool the kids only so they can feed them at 4 pm? What does this have to do with affording kids?

I wish you were wealthy enough to pay for their lunches too. That way I wouldn't have to.

Or at least wealthy enough to teach stupid people to stop having kids they can't afford.

Well the right should look at the bright side here-the money saved by feeding the kids at school, that money can be used to buy more important things, like guns and ammo. Win-win for all

When has this economy ever been healthy enough for people to have children and start a family? If a couple waits on that, then children will stop being born. Then one might say great, there is more for those who are here. Then what happens when those who are here die away? Who will be left in this country to even have a country---Immigrants?

Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, could be it isn't meant for every one, but only those of a few who are left.

The 3.82 per meal seems high to me given the volume. Must be some quality food. For a family a six that would be about 23 bucks. That buys quite a bit for supper.

There are truly poor kids who only get a decent meal at school. You don't need to mock them.
